Communicate in Korean for a chosen purpose
Communicate in Korean for a chosen purpose
This standard asks you to have a real conversation or create a meaningful piece of communication in Korean. You need to pick your own topic (like talking about your hobbies, describing an event, or sharing an opinion) and show that you can share information, ideas, and opinions using the language you've learned. You also need to show you can talk about things that happened in the past, things happening now, or things that will happen in the future.
You communicate your ideas in Korean on your chosen topic, using vocabulary and sentence structures appropriate to what you're trying to say, and you can talk about different time periods even though you may have some errors that don't completely block understanding.
You communicate confidently with a good range of varied vocabulary and sentence types that fit your purpose well, your ideas connect together logically, and your errors are small enough that they don't significantly get in the way of your message.
You communicate skillfully with well-chosen, varied vocabulary and sentence structures that are controlled and generally accurate, your information and ideas flow together cohesively throughout the whole piece, and any errors you make do not interfere with understanding your message.
