Demonstrate understanding of ways in which well-being can change and strategies to support well-being
This standard asks you to show you understand how well-being changes when life events happen to people, and what strategies can actually help during those times. You need to look at how different parts of well-being are affected and explain how people feel when change happens. Well-being changes can be caused by difficult things (like illness or loss), by normal growing up, or by positive changes.
You describe a change to well-being, identify feelings and responses, and list strategies that help at personal, interpersonal, and societal levels.
You explain how different dimensions of well-being connect to each other during the change, show how feelings link to these changes, and explain how different strategies work to address the well-being impacts.
You show deep insight into how all dimensions of well-being are interconnected during change (including both positive and negative feelings), and you justify your strategies by clearly linking them to the specific aspects of well-being that were affected.
