Demonstrate understanding of decision-making in a health-related situation
This standard asks you to show you understand how to make a good decision about a health issue that affects your wellbeing (related to food, mental health, or relationships). You need to identify what factors matter in the situation, think about what could happen as a result of different choices, and then describe a sensible decision based on those factors and consequences.
You describe what factors are relevant to the decision and what consequences might happen, then propose a decision and show how it connects to those factors and consequences.
You explain why the factors and consequences actually matter to the decision, and show how they work together to influence what choice makes sense.
You evaluate the decision by drawing conclusions about how significant or important this decision-making really is to the person's wellbeing in the bigger picture.
