Demonstrate understanding of ideological responses to an issue
You need to pick a real issue you've studied in class, then explain how different people's ideologies (their core sets of beliefs) shape how they respond to that issue. You'll describe the different viewpoints involved, show what those ideological responses actually are, and explain what impact they have. Make sure you tie this back to indigenous knowledge or globalisation and use evidence to back up everything you say.
You describe the issue, show at least two different ideological responses from different groups, explain what impact those responses have, use social studies concepts, and back it up with specific evidence while showing understanding of indigenous knowledge.
You explain how and why specific ideologies influenced the way people responded to the issue, with clear links between the ideology and the response, detailed connections to indigenous knowledge, and specific evidence throughout.
You evaluate how much each ideological response actually influenced the issue (judging the extent of their influence), support each evaluation with relevant evidence, and show strong understanding of how indigenous knowledge shaped those ideological responses.
