Your plan needs to explain how it meets the needs of the people using the space, fits the local environment, and follows local council rules.

You produce an in-depth plan with named plant varieties and detailed, thorough explanations showing exactly how all aspects of your design meet current user needs, fit environmental conditions, and comply with regulations.
You produce a visually attractive plan that not only justifies all your choices but anticipates how the space will change over time (plants growing bigger, family needs changing), proves it's compatible with the environment, and meets regulations—it's a plan that works now and in the future.
